1 Thing You Need To Do

Forget about your failures, shortcomings and sins. You are forgiven! God loves you and desires that you take your eyes off of yourself and your past mistakes and set them upon His love for you!

God’s love for you never fails! Even when you fail, His love for you never fails! As far as the east is from the west he has removed our sins from us! There is NO measurement from East to West! If I start walking east, I can walk east until the day that I die. What does this mean? It mean’s your sins are gone, they are forgotten!

So please do yourself a favor and forget them as well! Look to Jesus and be encouraged! God is not done with you yet! Your past has nothing on your future! God has great things in store for you so stop dwelling on what you’ve done wrong and start getting excited about what God has in store!

Blessings,

John

Generations Will Reap What You Sow

My mom taught me this prayer when I was a child:

“Good morning Lord Jesus, this day is for you.

I ask that you bless all I think, say and do.”

Decades later I’m teaching it to my children. It’s truly amazing how much we absorb when we are children and it’s an awesome opportunity for us as parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends to sow hope, faith and love into their hearts.

Ask yourself, “What negative things am I sowing?” Whatever they may be…STOP! Instead share stories and songs of Jesus, teach prayers of faith and lessons of love. When you do you will see the reward both now and later.

Remember generations will reap what you sow!

Praying for you and your families!

The Answer is…

Last night both of my boys came in my room (at two different times), they woke up and were scared of the dark so they sought out their daddy and immediately felt safe.

I believe for many it’s been a dark season. There have been many storms across the country, around the world, and some within our own homes – chaos, fighting, turmoil, confusion, sickness, heartbreak, disappointment, fear, depression, anger, worry, you name it!

Well today I want to declare to you that for many this season is over! And for others it’s quickly coming to an end. Yes there will still be some difficulties ahead but there is a safe place for you! It’s a place where nothing by any means will hurt you. For my children that safe place was me, the answer to their problem was simply being in my presence.

May I tell you that the same is true for you and me. No matter what we have been going through or what we may be facing, no matter what the problem is, our answer is in God’s presence! Times of refreshing come from His presence, great peace and the fullness of joy are in His presence, He shows us the path of life in His presence. He makes even the dark places light!

A new season is coming but remember with every problem that you may face, the answer is…in His presence!

IT’S A NEW SEASON

For many it’s been a difficult season, a time of testing and a time of questioning, “What’s going on? God where are you in this? Am I where I am suppose to be?”

And I want to tell you that you are exactly where you are suppose to be! God has been strengthening you, deepening your trust in Him and it will prove to be a blessing for a new season is coming!

Breakthrough is right around the corner, hold on a little longer.

As the seasons are changing, God’s grace and anointing are being poured out, the time that many of us have been waiting for is coming quickly and it is almost upon us!

So be encouraged! Don’t grow weary in well doing for God is with you and He is about to come through for you in great and meaningful ways!

Here’s to a new season, be blessed and encouraged!
